摘　　要：目的构建阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)中西医结合护理循证实践方案,为临床实践提供指导。方法在检索分析国内外OIC中医西医治疗、护理及管理相关指南、专家共识及研究文献的基础上构建OIC中西医结合护理循证实践方案初稿,并通过组织专家会议讨论修订,形成最终版循证实践方案。结果专家权威系数为0.86。最终形成包含护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理实施、护理评价5个方面,13个维度、28条具体推荐意见的OIC中西医结合护理循证实践方案。结论基于循证方法及专家会议讨论构建的OIC中西医结合护理循证实践方案具有较好的科学性和临床适用性,可为阿片类药物相关性便秘的中西医结合护理的临床推广提供理论依据。Objective To construct an evidence⁃based practice protocol for nursing opioid⁃induced constipation(OIC)with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,providing guidance for clinical practice.Methods A draft evidence⁃based practice protocol for nursing OIC with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was formulated by retrieving and analyzing relevant guidelines,expert consensuses and research literature on treating,nursing and managing OIC with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine at home and abroad;then,a final evidence⁃based practice protocol was formed by organizing an expert meeting to discuss and revise the draft.Results The protocol had an authoritative coefficient of 0.86.Finally,an evidence⁃based practice protocol for nursing OIC was formed to comprise 5 aspects(nursing evaluation,nursing diagnosis,nursing plan,nursing implementation and nursing assessment),13 dimensions and 28 specific recommendations.Conclusion The evidence⁃based practice protocol for nursing OIC with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has favorable scientificity and clinical applicability as it is formulated through an evidence⁃based approach and expert meeting.It can provide a theoretical basis for promoting the nursing of OIC with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in clinical practice.
