摘  要:针对当前大棚蔬菜种植灌溉费时费力且方法单一的问题,以PSO-模糊PID控制器为基础,提出基于RFID的大棚蔬菜自动喷灌系统,实现多模式灌溉以及灌溉溶液浓度和酸碱度的精准控制。仿真结果表明:设计使用的PSO-模糊PID控制相比于其他控制方式运行更加稳定且更快时间达到稳态,在溶液浓度调节时超调量仅为2.25%,达到稳定时间分别较其他两种控制减少了24 s和10 s,而在溶液pH值的调节上超调量为7.12%,达到稳定时间较其他两种控制分别减少了204 s和400 s;在不同的灌溉方案下,本控制器表现出良好的性能,验证了本设计的可行性和优越性。Aiming at the problems of time-consuming and laborious greenhouse vegetable planting irrigation and single method at present, based on PSO fuzzy PID controller, an RFID based greenhouse vegetable automatic sprinkler system is proposed to realize multi-mode irrigation and accurate control of irrigation solution concentration and pH. The simulation results show that the PSO fuzzy PID control used in the design operates more stably and faster than other control methods, reaching the steady state in a faster time. The overshoot is only 2.25% when adjusting the concentration of the solution, and the time to reach the steady state is reduced by 24s and 10s respectively compared with the other two controls, while the overshoot is 7.12% when adjusting the pH value of the solution, and the time to reach the steady state is reduced by 204s and 400s respectively compared with the other two controls;Under different irrigation schemes, the controller shows good performance, which verifies the feasibility and superiority of this design.
