摘 要:为进一步加强医疗信息安全管理水平,提出一款基于复合混沌理论的医疗数字化信息密码系统,以进一步医疗信息的。其中,通过混沌理论生成混沌序列,再通过改进置乱算法和分块扩散算法对医疗图像进行再次解密和加密,从而提高医疗图像数据传输的安全性。实验结果表明,基于均匀置乱的改进Arnold伪随机矩阵置乱算法和分块扩散算法能够进一步提升密码系统的性能。与传统密码系统相比,本加密方法的加解密效率提高27%,验证了该系统的可行性和优越性,具有一定的实用价值。In order to further strengthen the level of medical information security management in China, a medical digital information cryptosystem based on chaotic system is proposed to further enhance the security of medical information. Among them, the compound chaotic system proposed in this study is used as the basic cryptosystem;The improved Arnold pseudo random matrix scrambling algorithm and block diffusion algorithm based on uniform scrambling are used to optimize the cryptosystem. The experimental results show that using the compound chaotic system as the basic cryptosystem can solve the problems of the basic chaotic system well;The improved Arnold pseudo random matrix scrambling algorithm and block diffusion algorithm based on uniform scrambling can improve the performance of the cryptosystem to varying degrees. Compared with the traditional cryptosystem, the encryption and decryption efficiency of the medical digital image cryptosystem based on the compound chaotic system is improved by 27% after the algorithm optimization, which verifies the feasibility and superiority of the system and has certain practical value.
