高校跨学科科研组织知识生产规则及生成逻辑——基于T大学的案例分析

摘　　要：跨学科科研知识生产成为知识产出主要渠道,跨学科科研组织成为跨学科研究的主要组织形式。为了解跨学科科研组织内外部互动知识生产过程,T大学的案例分析显示,跨学科科研组织知识生产内部规则包括科学知识交叉、科学方法借鉴、学科语言移植以及学科文化融合等;外部规则包括对知识生产对象的社会规约、知识生产过程的社会规约及知识生产结果的社会协商。外部叙事机制与内部科学机制共同作用下,知识生产活动表现出“规则”成为“研究共识”“技术”成为“重要手段”“性能”成为“合法标准”等特征,在社会中实现自我合法化。Interdisciplinary scientific research knowledge production has become the main channel of knowledge output,and interdisciplinary scientific research organizations have become the main organizational form of interdisciplinary research.In order to further understand how interdisciplinary scientific research organizations complete the knowledge production process in internal and external interactive logic,T University was selected as a case for analysis,and the internal rules of knowledge production of interdisciplinary scientific research organizations are explored,including the intersection of scientific knowledge,the reference of scientific methods The internal rules of the transplantation of subject language and the integration of subject culture.External rules include social regulations on knowledge production objects,social regulations on knowledge production process and social negotiation on knowledge production results.Under the joint action of the external narrative mechanism and the internal scientific mechanism,the knowledge production activities of interdisciplinary scientific research organizations show such characteristics as rules becoming“research consensus”,technology becoming“important means”,and performance becoming“legitimate standards”,thus realizing self-legitimization in contemporary society.
