摘  要:在义务教育阶段实施延时课后服务,有助于进一步贯彻“双减”工作部署,满足中小学多样化的教育要求,缓解学生的课业压力和家长的工作与生活压力。文章对“双减”背景下农村初中非寄宿制学生课后延时服务实效性进行研究,并对课后延时服务中存在的服务内容单一、作业设计不合理、外部支持不足、评价体系欠缺等问题进行探讨,指出教师要丰富服务内容、优化作业设计、提供资源支持、完善针对性评价,以期为初中课后延时服务提供参考和借鉴。Implementing extended after-school services during the compulsory education phase can help to further implement the"double reduction"work deployment,meet the diverse educational requirements of primary and secondary schools,and alleviate students'academic pressure and parents'work and life pressure.This article studies the effectiveness of after-school delay services for rural junior middle school non boarding students under the background of"double reduction",and discusses the problems existing in after-school delay services,such as single service content,unreasonable homework design,insufficient external support,and lack of evaluation system.It points out that teachers should enrich the service content,optimize homework design,provide resource support,and improve targeted evaluation,with a view to providing reference and reference for after-school delay services in junior middle schools.
