摘　　要：文章依托医科大学的行业特色和优势,结合公共事业管理专业的学科属性,明确人才培养目标,优化人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,健全质量保障体系,丰富教育形式、教学方法、教学手段,将党史学习教育贯穿公共事业管理专业人才培养全过程,解决党史学习教育融入专业课教育教学针对性、系统性、科学性、实效性不足的问题,为高校党史学习教育融入大学生专业课教学改革与实践提供参考信息和经验借鉴。Based on the industry characteristics and advantages of medical university and the discipline attribute of public service management specialty,the article clarifies the talent training objectives,optimizes the talent training program,strengthens the construction of teachers,improves the quality assurance system,enriches the educational forms,teaching methods and teaching means,and runs the party history learning and education through the whole process of public service management talent training,to solve the problem of the lack of pertinence,systematism,scientificity and effectiveness of the Party history learning and education integrated into the professional course teaching,and provide reference information and experience for the reform and practice of the Party history learning and education integrated into the professional course teaching of college students.
