提升高中班主任德育工作实效性的对策探析

摘　　要：高中班主任是整个学校基本管理单元中最主要的管理者,在班级范围内与学生相处、沟通的时间最长,对班上每个学生思想道德水平、综合素质的提升,以及良好班风的形成会产生巨大的影响。在当前素质教育背景和“立德树人”根本任务要求下,高中班主任需要积极开展德育工作,促进学生健康成长、全面发展。文章分析高中班主任德育工作的重要意义,探讨高中班主任德育工作的开展现状,并提出提升高中班主任德育工作实效性的有效策略。The head teacher of a senior middle school is the most important manager in the basic management unit of the whole school.He has the longest time to get along with and communicate with students in the class,which will have a huge impact on the improvement of the ideological and moral level and comprehensive quality of each student in the class,as well as the formation of a good class atmosphere.In the current context of quality education and the basic task of"foster character and civic virtue",senior middle school class teachers need to actively carry out moral education to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students.This article analyzes the significance of the moral education work of senior middle school class teachers,discusses the current situation of the moral education work of senior middle school class teachers,and puts forward effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of the moral education work of senior middle school class teachers.
