摘　　要：大学生就业质量决定着社会的未来发展水平,与之对应的就业评价体系也成为高职院校关注的重点话题。构建高职院校大学生的就业评价体系,先要明确其理论基础,再进行相应的实证分析。当前,高职院校大学生就业评价体系还有待完善,应积极构建大学生就业质量评价指标体系,优化大学生就业评价机制,设定合适的评价时间,完善就业评价体制,选择多样化的就业评价方式,为更多高职院校提供思考方向,提高大学生就业评价体系的应用价值,为我国社会有序发展贡献力量。The quality of college students'employment determines the future development level of society,and the corresponding employment evaluation system has also become a key topic of concern in vocational colleges.To construct a job evaluation system for vocational college students,it is necessary to clarify its theoretical basis and then conduct corresponding empirical analysis.Currently,the employment evaluation system for college students in higher vocational colleges still needs to be improved.We should actively build an evaluation index system for the employment quality of college students,optimize the employment evaluation mechanism for college students,set appropriate evaluation time,improve the employment evaluation system,select diverse employment evaluation methods,provide more vocational colleges with thinking directions,improve the application value of the employment evaluation system for college students,and contribute to the orderly development of our society.
