海南应急语言服务的研究述评

摘　　要：语言服务产业是融合翻译、语言教培、语言本地化服务、语言服务技术和产品研发为一体的新兴行业。语言服务产业所提供的跨语种、跨文化的信息转换服务和产品为国家、团体和个人的国际化发展提供了语言服务保障和支撑。该文通过文献对比、文献分析的方法梳理我国语言服务和应急语言服务的研究发展过程,探讨海南应急语言服务体系的建立和实施路径,以期为海南应急语言服务提供参考。The language service industry is an emerging industry integrating translation,language education,language localization services,language service technology and product research and development.The multilingual and cross-cultural information conversion services and products provided by the language service industry provide language service guarantee and support for the international development of countries,groups and individuals.This paper combs the research and development process of language service and emergency language service in China through literature comparison and analysis,and discusses the establishment and implementation path of emergency language service system in Hainan,with a view to providing reference for emergency language service in Hainan.
