摘　　要：德治在乡村治理体系中的重要性日益突出。传统文化是德治的重要资源,是以各种非正式制度约束人们的行为规范。该文基于对陆川客家传统文化及其孕育的客家精神的田野考察,认为陆川客家族群在长期的迁徙和生活中形成特定的文化传统,指出和论证陆川客家崇文重教的文化传统、家风传承、村规民约等是很好的德治资源和德治载体,并总结陆川优秀传统文化融入乡村德治的成功经验,也指出其存在的问题。该文从理论上论证了陆川客家优秀传统文化与德治的关系,并评价了陆川优秀客家传统文化融入陆川德治的治理实践,为优秀传统文化融入乡村社会治理提供了陆川经验。The importance of rule of virtue in the rural governance system is increasingly prominent.Traditional culture is an important resource for the rule of virtue,and it is a code of conduct that restricts people with various informal systems.Based on the field investigation of the traditional Hakka culture and the Hakka spirit nurtured in Luchuan,this paper thinks that the Hakka family group in Luchuan has formed a specific cultural tradition in its long-term migration and life,points out and demonstrates that the cultural tradition of advocating culture and education,inheritance of family style,and village rules and people's agreements of the Hakka family in Luchuan are good resources and carriers of rule of virtue,and summarizes the successful experience of Luchuan in integrating excellent traditional culture into rural rule of virtue,the existing problems are also pointed out.This paper theoretically demonstrates the relationship between the excellent Hakka traditional culture and the rule of virtue in Luchuan,and evaluates the governance practice of integrating the excellent Hakka traditional culture into the rule of virtue in Luchuan,providing Luchuan experience for integrating the excellent traditional culture into the rural social governance.
