摘 要:企业文化是市场经济背景下企业内部的重要战略资源,而职工体育活动则是建设企业文化的重要组成部分,其主要作用在于引导企业职工加强锻炼的意识,并在此基础上促进企业文化建设目标的有效落实。职工文化的建设需要加强与企业文化之间的融合程度,以此充分发挥职工文化及职工体育活动在建设企业文化中的重要功能,推进企业的可持续发展。基于此,该文首先探讨职工体育活动与企业文化之间的关系,并分析职工体育活动的开展对建设企业文化的重要意义,最后提出利用职工体育活动来推进职工文化建设的有效措施,以期为相关人士提供帮助。Corporate culture is an important strategic resource within an enterprise in the context of a market economy,and employee sports activities are an important component of building corporate culture.Their main role is to guide employees to strengthen their awareness of exercise,and on this basis,promote the effective implementation of corporate culture construction goals.The construction of employee culture needs to strengthen the degree of integration with corporate culture,in order to fully play the important role of employee culture and employee sports activities in the construction of corporate culture,and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on this,this article first explores the relationship between employee sports activities and corporate culture,and analyzes the important significance of employee sports activities for building corporate culture.Finally,it proposes effective measures to promote employee culture construction through employee sports activities,with a view to providing assistance to relevant people.
