摘  要:动物肠道是机体最重要和复杂的微生态系统,肠道微生态系统失衡会严重影响机体的生理和生化代谢,从而导致各种肠道及消化系统疾病。褐藻多糖是一类重要的海藻生物活性大分子,在调节动物肠道微生态、保护肠道健康方面发挥重要作用,可作为绿色饲料添加剂应用于动物生产。本文从褐藻多糖调节肠道菌群、维持肠道屏障稳态、刺激肠道免疫活性3个方面综述其对肠道微生态系统的调节作用及相关机理,以期为褐藻多糖的开发与利用提供参考。Animal gut is the most important and complex micro-ecosystem.The imbalance of this micro-ecosystem will seriously affect the physiological and biochemical metabolism in animal body,which results in various diseases of digestive system.Brown seaweed polysaccharide(BSP)is an important bioactive substance in seaweed.In recent years,more and more studies have paid attention to the regulation of seaweed polysaccharide on micro-ecosystem in gut,in which BSP is particularly prominent.As a green feed additive,BSP plays an important role in regulating micro-ecosystem and protecting health in animal gut.This paper summarizes the regulatory effect and mechanism of BSP on intestinal micro-ecosystem from three aspects:regulating the structure of intestinal flora,maintaining the stability of intestinal barrier and stimulating intestinal immune activity.In addition,the potential of BSP in the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases was also discussed,which will play a greater role in the development and utilization of BSP in the future.
