摘　　要：“失语症”一词形象地反映了当前我国本土译论面临的学术话语权困境。虽然中国译论“失语”现象已成为学界共识,但“失语”的程度及其具体表现却缺乏客观精准的评价。本文借鉴现行学术影响力的评价方法,以理论参引量、能见度和能见比为计算框架,以总被引频次和发文量作为基础评价指标,考察17个当代中外译论,测算其在CNKI、百度学术、WOS和谷歌学术等四大资源库中所体现的我国译论“失语”现状。数据显示:我国译论绝对能见度均值为7.34,远低于国外理论均值24.41;绝大多数国内译论的能见比低于其平衡值1;国外理论套用现象严重,国内译论的应用空间被挤压。本文认为要克服我国译论的“失语症”,应遵循“坚持本位—重读传统—建构话语—加大传播”的逻辑顺序和步骤,当务之急是加大我国译论话语体系建设。The word “aphasia” succinctly reflects the predicament faced by Chinese indigenous translation theories in terms of power of discourse in the international academia. Despite its recognition as a matter of fact, such an aphasia has not been surveyed for its accurate extent and specific symptoms. This paper designs a framework whereby the total citation, visibility, and ratio of visibility of 17 contemporary Chinese and western translation theories can be assessed and compared. The method of survey is adapted from the academic impact evaluation, the databases from which the journal papers are accessed include China’s CNKI, Baidu Academic, WOS(Web of Science) and Google Scholar, and the basic evaluation indices are Total Citations(TC) and Total Publications(TP). Statistics show that the average value of the absolute visibility of Chinese theories is 7. 34, far lower than that of their foreign counterparts which stands at 24. 41;that the visibility ratios of most domestic theories are not up to their equilibrium value(i. e.,1);that foreign translation theories appear to be misused or abused in China, resulting in the narrower application of Chinese translation theories. This paper proposes that in order to overcome the “aphasia”, it is imperative to adhere to Chinese indigenous translation theories, re-read them, construct them into a system of discourse, and lose no time in pushing them into the international arena.
