摘　　要：2022年美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会(AHA/ASA)发布了《自发性脑出血诊疗指南》。该指南综合了最新的循证医学证据,对脑出血主要诊治方案给出了综合性治疗建议,特别强调了潜在的脑小血管病变、抗凝药物相关脑出血的治疗以及早期家庭康复的理念。本文现结合国内外相关研究进展对该指南进行解读。In 2022,the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association(AHA/ASA)issued Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Spontaneous Cerebral Hemorrhage(2022).This evidence-based guidelines provide treatment recommendations of cerebral hemorrhage.In particular,the guidelines emphasize the concepts of cerebral small-vessel disease,treatment of anticoagulantrelated cerebral hemorrhage,and early rehabilitation at home.The authors interprets this guideline based on relevant research progress.
