动态服务创新能力视域下企业知识创新实现路径探究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】为适应大数据时代知识创新的需要,在动态服务创新能力视域下探究大数据驱动下的企业知识创新实现路径。【方法/过程】首先对数据、信息与知识之间的关系进行分析,然后探究动态服务创新能力的5个维度对企业的大数据驱动下的知识创新各个阶段的影响以及在实现知识创新路径中的作用。【结果/结论】企业通过大数据驱动和动态服务创新能力构建知识创新资源库、提出知识创新方案,从而实现知识创新。【创新/局限】将大数据驱动与动态服务创新视角同时融入知识管理研究;不足之处在于仅在理论上探讨了企业知识创新实现路径。【Purpose/significance】To meet the needs of knowledge innovation in the era of big data, this paper explores the realization path of big data driven knowledge innovation for firms from the perspective of dynamic service innovation capability.【Method/process】Firstly, the relationship between data, information and knowledge is analyzed, and then the impact of five dimensions of dynamic service innovation capability on each stage of big data driven knowledge innovation and the role of dynamic service innovation capability in the path of realizing knowledge innovation are explored.【Result/conclusion】Enterprises build knowledge innovation resource base and propose knowledge innovation solution to realize big data driven knowledge innovation by dynamic service innovation capability【Innovation/limitation】Integrating big data driven and dynamic service innovation perspectives into knowledge management research simultaneously;only discusses the path of knowledge innovation in theory.
