增液通秘方联合琥珀酸普芦卡必利片治疗实热证便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察增液通秘方联合琥珀酸普芦卡必利片治疗实热证便秘的临床疗效及对血清P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例实热证便秘分为对照组与治疗组各30例。治疗组给予琥珀酸普芦卡必利片联合增液通秘方口服治疗,对照组给予琥珀酸普芦卡必利片口服治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医症状评分及血清肠神经递质水平,并评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组腹胀腹痛、排便时间、粪质干硬、口干口渴症状评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SP水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),VIP、NO水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后VIP、NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05),SP水平高于对照组((P<0.05)。2组均未出现不良反应。结论:增液通秘方联合琥珀酸普芦卡必利片治疗实热证便秘疗效确切,能够有效调节患者肠神经递质水平,缓解患者便秘症状,无不良反应。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zengye Tongmi Prescription combined with Prucalopride Succinate Tablets on constipation with excess heat syndrome and its effects on serum substance P(SP),vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) and nitric oxide(NO). Methods:A total of 60 cases of constipation with excess heat syndrome were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the oral administration of Prucalopride Succinate Tablets combined with Zengye Tongmi Prescription,and the control group was treated with Prucalopride Succinate Tablets. Before and after treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms and levels of serum intestinal neurotransmitters in both groups were compared, and the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were also evaluated. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,higher than that of 76.67% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of symptoms,including abdominal detention and pain,defecation time,dry and solid stool in nature and dry mouth and thirsty in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above four TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the SP levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), the levels of VIP and NO were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the VIP and NO were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SP was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion: Zengye Tongmi Prescription combined with Prucalopride Succinate Tablets has a definite curative effect on constipation with excess heat syndrome, which can effectively regulate the levels of intestinal neurotransmitters of patients and mitigate the constipation symptoms,with no adverse reactions.
