摘　　要：缺血性脑血管病病死率高、致残率高,严重威胁人群健康。Apelin-13参与脑血管病发病过程,由Apelin-13及Apelin受体APJ组成的Apelin-13/APJ系统对缺血性脑血管病具有保护作用,有望为脑血管病提供潜在的治疗靶点。本文主要针对其在缺血性脑血管病中的保护作用研究进展进行综述。Ischemic stroke is characterized by high mortality and disability rates,posing a serious threat to the health of the population.It has been shown that Apelin-13 is involved in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease,and the Apelin-13/APJ system,which consists of Apelin-13 and Apelin receptor APJ,has a protective ef⁃fect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.It is expected to provide potential therapeutic targets for cerebrovascular diseases.This article focuses on the progress of research on its protective effects in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
