氢溴酸西酞普兰片联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的效果及对社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究氢溴酸西酞普兰片联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的效果及对社会功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月于本院确诊为精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的80例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自尊量表(SES)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)评分、神经功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的PSP、HAMD及SES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的PSP、SES评分均升高,HAMD评分均降低,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的SAPS、SANS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的SAPS、SANS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的GDNF水平均升高,NSE、S100β水平均降低,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氢溴酸西酞普兰片联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的效果较好,可改善抑郁症状,提高社会功能,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of citalopram hydrobromide tablets combined with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms and its influence on social function.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia and depressive symptoms in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with venlafaxine sustained-release tablets,and the study group was treated with citalopram hydrobromide tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms(SAPS),Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)scores,neurological function indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PSP,HAMD and SES scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSP and SES scores of the two groups increased,the HAMD score decreased,those in the study group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAPS and SANS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SAPS and SANS scores of the two groups decreased,those in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and specific protein 100β(S100β)between the two groups(P>
