摘　　要：癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6(CEACAM6)属于癌胚抗原基因家族。近年来越来越多的证据显示,CEACAM6主要通过促进肿瘤的侵袭与转移,抑制肿瘤细胞的失巢凋亡,促进肿瘤血管生成和抑制肿瘤细胞间黏附作用等多方面机制参与肿瘤的发生、发展。本文对近年间国内外关于CEACAM6在肿瘤中的作用机制及临床应用作一综述,以期为CEACAM6应用于临床肿瘤治疗提供理论依据。Carcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecule 6(CEACAM6)belongs to the carcinoembryonic antigen gene family.In recent years,more and more evidence has shown that CEACAM6 is mainly involved in the occurrence and development of tumors by promoting tumor invasion and metastasis,inhibiting anoikis of tumor cells,promoting tumor angiogenesis and inhibiting tumor cell adhesion.This article reviews the mechanism and clinical application of CEACAM6 in tumors at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of CEACAM6 in clinical tumor therapy.
