甲钴胺联合氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲钴胺联合氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变患者的临床效果。方法:选取咸宁市第一人民医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的100例眼底病变患者展开此次研究,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,各50例。对照组单用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗,观察组联用甲钴胺注射液、氩激光视网膜光凝治疗。对比两组的治疗有效率、视力水平、血流参数[视网膜中央静脉-舒张末期血流速度(CRV-EDV)、眼动脉-舒张末期血流速度(OA-EDV)、视网膜中央静脉-收缩期速度峰值(CRV-PSV)、眼动脉-收缩期速度峰值(OA-PSV)]、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗后3个月,观察组视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗后3个月,观察组CRV-EDV、OA-EDV、CRV-PSV水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗后3个月,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲钴胺注射液联合氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变,效果显著,血流参数更好,生活质量更优,治疗安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Mecobalamin combined with argon laser retinal photocoagulation on patients with fundus lesions.Method:A total of 100 patients with fundus lesions admitted to Xianning First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected for this study,which were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argon laser retinal photocoagulation alone,and the observation group was treated with Mecobalamin Injection and argon laser retinal photocoagulation.Treatment response rate,visual level,blood flow parameters[central retinal vein-end-diastolic flow velocity(CRV-EDV),ocular artery-end-diastolic flow velocity(OA-EDV),central retinal vein-peak systolic velocity(CRV-PSV),ocular artery-peak systolic velocity(OA-PSV)],quality of life score,and complication rate between the two groups.Result:The observation group had a higher effective rate than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the visual level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the levels of CRV-EDV,OA-EDV,and CRV-PSV in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Mecobalamin Injection and argon laser retinal photocoagulation showed remarkable treatment effect,better blood flow parameters,better quality of life and better treatment safety.
