摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中formin like-3(FMNL3)、磷酸酯酶基因(PTEN)表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取2016年1月—2021年1月启东市中医院收治的101例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均于术中切取病灶,以距离肿瘤组织边缘>5 cm记为癌旁组织,组织包含癌旁组织与癌组织,取出即刻送去病理科检测。采取免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中FMNL3、PTEN表达情况,标本多聚甲醛固定、脱水、洗涤,通过二氨基联苯显色后,苏木素复染、脱水、封片。染色范围<5%、≥5%且<25%、≥25%且<75%、≥75%,分别记为0分、1分、2分、3分,结果为0分者记为阴性表达,否则记为阳性表达。对比乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织中FMNL3、PTEN表达情况,分析乳腺癌患者癌组织中FMNL3、PTEN表达情况与临床病理参数的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织FMNL3、PTEN阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低分化、病理分期Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期及发生淋巴结转移的患者FMNL3、PTEN蛋白表达阳性率均高于中高分化、病理分期Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期及未发生淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FMNL3阳性、PTEN阳性分别与患者的低分化、病理分期Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期及发生淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者癌组织中FMNL3、PTEN蛋白表达较高,且FMNL3、PTEN阳性蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征有关,后期在乳腺癌的诊断和治疗中,应加强对癌组织中FMNL3、PTEN蛋白的监测。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of formin like-3(FMNL3),phosphatase gene(PTEN)and clinicopathological features in breast cancer.Method:A total of 101 patients with breast cancer treated in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected.All patients were cut off the focus during operation,and the position>5 cm away from the edge of the tumor tissue was recorded as the adjacent tissue.The tissue contained adjacent tissue and cancer tissue,which were taken out and immediately sent to the Department of Pathology for detection.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FMNL3 and PTEN in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde,dehydrated and washed.After coloring with diaminobipheny,hematoxylin was counterstained,dehydrated and sealed.Staining range<5%,≥5%and<25%,≥25%and<75%,≥75%,respectively,were recorded as 0 point,1 point,2 points,3 points,the results of 0 point were recorded as negative expression,otherwise recorded as positive expression.The expression of FMNL3 and PTEN in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,the relationship between the expression of FMNL3 and PTEN in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Result:The positive expression rates of FMNL3 and PTEN in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of FMNL3 and PTEN protein expression in patients with low differentiation,pathological stageⅠand stageⅡ,and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with medium and high differentiation,pathological stageⅢand stageⅣ,and without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).FMNL3 positive and PTEN positive were positively correlated with the low degree of differentiation,pathological stageⅠand stageⅡ,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The protein
