摘 要:为研究楼板与钢梁的组合效应对钢结构厂房刚度性能的影响,通过YJK软件参考实际项目图纸进行参数化建模,建立不考虑楼板组合效应的模型和按规范考虑楼板组合效应的模型。分析了考虑楼板组合效应对钢结构厂房模态和地震动力响应的影响,并在刚性楼板和组合梁的模型中研究不同板厚对组合效应发挥的影响。研究表明,我国规范考虑楼板作用的刚度放大系数偏小,不适用于钢结构工业厂房结构;楼板的组合效应可提高结构刚度,减少结构层间位移,提高结构抗震能力;随着板厚增大,组合效应发挥的作用相对减小,在板厚较小的时候考虑组合效应有更好的经济效益。In order to study the influence of the combined effect of floor slab and steel beam on the stiffness of steel structure,parametric modeling was carried out by YJK software referring to actual project drawings,and the model without considering the combined effect of floor slab and the model considering the floor combination effect according to the specifications were established.The effect of floor combination effect on the modal and seismic dynamic response of steel structure is analyzed,and the effect of slab thickness on composite effect is studied in the model of the rigid slab and composite beam.The results show that the stiffness amplification coefficient considering the action of the floor slab is too small,which is not suitable for steel industrial factory structures.The slab combination effect can improve the structure stiffness,reduce the displacement between floors and improve the seismic capacity of the structure.With the increase of the plate thickness,the combined effect plays a relatively smaller role,and it has better economic benefit to consider the floor combination effect when the plate thickness is small.
