摘 要:总结了几种常见针织物横档疵点的分析方法。结合生产实际案例和经验,重点介绍了直接法和排除法两种横档疵点的分析与鉴别方法。指出,织物横档问题复杂多样,进行分析鉴别时要尽可能详细了解织物生产的相关信息,要结合经验,采用系统分析法对其进行原因排查和查证,并采取针对性措施来解决问题,以保证产品质量,降低经济损失。Several analysis methods of typical knitted fabric crossbar defects are summarized.Direct method and exclusion method of crossbar analysis and identification are mainly introduced based on practical cases and production experience.It is pointed out that the problem of fabric crossbar is complex and diverse,so it is necessary to know the relevant information of fabric production as much as possible during the analysis and identification,use the system analysis method to check and verify the causes,and take targeted measures to solve the problem,so as to ensure the quality of products and reduce economic losses.
