摘  要:以黑龙江省哈尔滨市香坊区采集的蓝靛果发病植株为试材,通过病原菌分离培养、致病性测定、形态学鉴定和rDNA-ITS、LSU、TUB和RPB2序列分析,确定其分类地位,以期为将来实施有效的化学和生物防治提供重要病原菌株来源。结果表明:该病原菌为高粱附球菌(Epicoccum sorghinum),可在PDA、OA和MEA培养基上生长,最适培养基为OA。最适培养条件为生长温度25℃,pH 7,碳源为乳糖和葡萄糖,氮源为牛肉膏,并且全光照条件有利于菌丝生长。Infected blue honeysuckle(Lonicera caerulea L.) plants collected in Xiangfang district, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, were used as test materials.The classification status of pathogen strain was determined by isolation and culture of pathogenic fungus, pathogenicity determination, morphological identification and rDNA-ITS,LSU,TUB and RPB2 sequence analysis, in order to provide an important source of pathogen strain for future effective chemical and biological control.The results showed that fungus LD-1was identified as Epicoccum sorghinumand it could grow on PDA,OA and MEA medium,the optimum medium was OA.Optimum cultivation conditions were as follows,the optimum growth temperature was 25℃,the optimum pH was 7,the optimum carbon source was lactose and glucose,and the optimum nitrogen source was beef extract,and full light conditions were conducive to mycelial growth.
