基于小波分析的带锯床锯条振动检测方法

摘  要:由于带锯床锯条振动检测的过程中没有对振动信号进行预处理,导致检测准确性较低,致使锯切作业中易发生安全事故。基于此,提出基于小波分析的带锯床锯条振动检测方法。创建将电涡流传感器线圈与电容并联,设计LC并联谐振回路,通过薄板基本理论,分析带锯床锯条在进行锯切作业时产生的振动情况,构建带锯条锯切振动数学模型,获取带锯条锯切振动信号,通过连续小波变换方法对振动信号进行预处理,根据处理结果及弦振动理论,计算带锯条锯切振动行波频率,并以此为基础,检测带锯床锯条振动的情况。实验结果可知,所提检测方法的准确性较高。Since the vibration signal is not preprocessed in the process of vibration detection of the saw blade of the band sawing machine,the detection accuracy is low,and safety accidents are prone to occur in the sawing operation.Therefore,a vibration detection method of the saw blade of the band sawing machine based on wavelet analysis is proposed..Create and connect the eddy current sensor coil in parallel with the capacitor,design the LC parallel resonant circuit,analyze the vibration of the saw blade of the band saw during the sawing operation through the basic theory of thin plates,build the mathematical model of the sawing vibration of the band saw,and obtain the sawing of the band saw.The vibration signal is preprocessed by the continuous wavelet transform method.According to the processing result,according to the string vibration theory,the frequency of the band saw blade sawing vibration traveling wave is calculated,and based on this,the vibration of the band saw blade is detected.The experimental results show that the average error of the wavelength change detected by the proposed method is only 0.18pm,and the error is small and can be ignored,which verifies the high accuracy of the proposed detection method.
