摘  要:随着人工智能技术的发展,复杂系统中人和机(智能体或机器人)协同工作的模式愈发常见,但实践中人和机常产生冲突,根本原因是人和机(设计师)心智模型的不一致。因此,人和机需要共享心智模型并形成团队,才能保障任务完成效率及系统安全性。围绕共享心智模型的主题,首先回顾了心智模型的概念发展、特点与形成;然后,梳理了共享心智模型的概念、组成、测量及其在人机团队中的应用,辨析了共享心智模型与团队心智模型的概念;最后,讨论了共享心智模型对团队绩效的影响,总结了现有研究,并展望了未来研究。本文的总结与分析可辅助用于人机协同系统的良好设计,也可启发未来人工智能技术的发展。With the development of artificial intelligence technology,the mode of human-agent/robot cooperation in complex systems is becoming more and more common.However,human-agent/robot conflicts happens frequently in practice.The root cause is the inconsistency between human and agent/robot(designer)mental models.Therefore,human and agent/robot need to share mental models and form teams to ensure the efficiency of task completion and system security.Focusing on the theme of shared mental model,the concept development,characteristics and formation of mental model were reviewed.Then,the concepts,compositions,measurements of shared mental model and its application in human-agent/robot collaboration were summarized,and the concepts of shared mental model and team mental model were differentiated.Finally,the influence of shared mental model on team performance was discussed,and the existing research and future research directions were pointed out.The summary and analysis of this paper may be used to ensure the good design of human-agent/robot cooperation system,and can inspire the development of artificial intelligence technology in the future.
