摘　　要：目的探讨益生菌和益生元辅助治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月寿光市人民医院收治的75例妊娠剧吐孕妇为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为参照组、试验组。参照组(37例)采用常规治疗,试验组(38例)在参照组的基础上采用益生菌和益生元辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后试验组的改良妊娠呕吐和恶心量化表评分、症状积分及临床相关指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌和益生元辅助治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果较好,可有效缓解临床相关症状,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of probiotics and prebiotics in the adjuvant treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 75 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to Shouguang People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group.The control group(37 cases)was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group(38 cases)was treated with probiotics and prebiotics on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of modified pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis and nausea,symptom scores and clinical related indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics and prebiotics have good clinical effect in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay.
