艾灸联合五音疗法对原发性痛经的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨艾灸联合五音疗法治疗原发性痛经的效果。方法 选取80例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为干预组、对照组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,疼痛明显时口服布洛芬缓释胶囊;干预组在对照组的基础上增加艾灸联合五音疗法治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组疗效,以及治疗前、治疗3个月经周期后两组患者的经期疼痛程度[采用数字评分法(NRS)]、痛经症状严重程度和持续时间[采用COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)]。结果 3个月经周期后,干预组疗效优于对照组,NRS评分、CMSS痛经症状严重程度和症状持续时间评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 艾灸联合五音疗法治疗原发性痛经效果明显,可有效地减轻经期疼痛,缓解经期症状,提高患者舒适度。Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with five-tone therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into an intervention group or a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care and took ibuprofen sustained-release capsules orally when the pain was intense,based on which the intervention group received moxibustion combined with five-tone therapy additionally.And both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,as well as the degree of menstrual pain(using Numeric Rating Scale[NRS]),severity and duration of dysmenorrhea symptoms(using COX Menstrual Symptom Scale[CMSS])before and after a 3-menstrual cycle treatment.Results After 3-menstrual cycle treatment,the therapeutic effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,while the NRS score and CMSS dysmenorrhea symptom severity and symptom duration scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with five-tone therapy has an obvious effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,which can effectively alleviate menstrual pain,relieve menstrual symptoms,and improve patients′comfort.
