摘  要:农村建设标准化幼儿园可以使农村学前教育水平得到有效提高,并打造具有一定亮点和特色的标准化幼儿园。最近几年,随着农村标准化幼儿园的建设,教师队伍的素质水平有了一定的增强,秉承着以人为本的管理理念,提高了整个幼儿园的管理水平。在建设农村标准化幼儿园的过程中,要根据实际的情况,依照幼儿园建造标准,不断提高教师的综合素质,打造地域特色教育。本文主要对通过建设标准化幼儿园来推动农村学前教育发展工作进行了分析和探究,希望能够使农村的学前教育模式得到创新。The construction of standardized kindergartens in rural areas can effectively improve the level of rural preschool education,and create standardized kindergartens with certain highlights and characteristics.In recent years,with the construction of standardized kindergartens in rural areas,the quality of teachers has been enhanced to a certain extent.Adhering to the people-centered management concept,the management level of the entire kindergarten has been improved.In the process of building standardized kindergartens in rural areas,it is necessary to continuously cultivate the comprehensive quality of teachers and create regional characteristic education according to the actual situation and the construction standards of kindergartens.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the development of rural preschool education through the construction of standardized kindergartens,which is expected to innovate the rural preschool educationmodel.
