摘　　要：目的:了解农村集中供养五保老人酒精依赖现状,并对五保老人实施标准化管理策略。方法:采用饮酒问卷(alcohol use questionnaire,ADS)调查对某市2020年9月-2021年11月102例农村集中供养五保老人酒精依赖现状情况进行调查,并对其实施标准化管理策略。结果:农村集中供养五保老人酒精依赖总评分(24.19±2.79)分,单因素结果显示:婚姻状况、酒精依赖家族史、饮酒年限、简易智力状态评估量表得分(Min-iMental State Examination,MMSE)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婚姻状况、酒精依赖家族史、饮酒年限、MMSE是五保老人存在的酒精依赖主要问题,通过对五保老人实施标准化管理策略可有效改善五保老人对酒精依赖的程度,提高五保老人生活质量。Objective:To understand the current situation of alcohol dependence of the elderly with five guarantees centrally supported in rural areas and implement standardized management strategy for such elderly.Methods:The alcohol use questionnaire was used to investigate the alcohol dependence status of 102 elderly people in rural areas from September 2020 to November 2021,and the standardized management strategy was implemented.Results:The total score of alcohol dependence of the elderly with five guarantees was(24.19±2.79).The single factor results showed that the differences in marital status,family history of alcohol dependence,drinking years,and the score of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Marital status,family history of alcohol dependence,drinking years and MMSE are the main problems of alcohol dependence of the elderly with with five guarantees.The implementation of standardized management strategy for the elderly with five guarantees in rural areas can effectively improve the degree of alcohol dependence and improve the quality of life of the elderly with five guarantees.
