摘　　要：针对发动机凸轮轴孔加工中存在的问题,设计了发动机凸轮轴孔用内滚外滑式浮动镗刀单元。介绍了这一浮动镗刀单元的组成,分析了应用这一浮动镗刀单元的优点。这一浮动镗刀单元可以保证发动机凸轮轴孔粗加工过程的加工精度和镗杆安全性。In view of the problems existing in the machining of engine camshaft hole,the floating boring tool unit with internal rolling and external sliding for engine camshaft hole was designed.The composition of this floating boring tool unit was introduced,and the advantages of applying this floating boring tool unit were analyzed.This floating boring tool unit guarantees machining accuracy and bar safety during roughing of engine camshaft hole.
