摘　　要：从某种意义上说,流亡是特殊时期一个国家、民族乃至文化存在的象征,当然也可能只是一种存在的方式。甚至可以说,一个没有流亡史的国家和民族尚缺乏精神的抑或文明的考验。打捞流亡的历史,或许是一个国家和民族在和平年代,不忘初心,砥砺意志,从苦难中萃取精神之稷,不断凝神聚力的一种文明的溯源。作为一家地处东北的有着光辉历史的文艺出版社,背靠东北流亡文学之富矿,春风文艺出版社挖掘东北精神和东北文化中的“无问西东”“南渡北归”,让东北流亡文学重新回到中国现代文学研究者和阅读者的视野,确立东北流亡文学在中国革命文化的重要组成地位,疏浚属于东北文化和东北出版的巨流河。Exile is,in a sense,a symbol of the existence of a country,a people,even a culture at a particular time,but of course,it may also be a way of survival.It can even be said that a country and a people without a history of exile lack a spiritual or civilizational test.Looking back at the history of exile may be a civilizational tracing of a country and a people in times of peace,remaining true to our original aspiration,strengthening our will,drawing on the wealth of experience from the trials and tribulations,and constantly concentrating the strength.As a literature and art publishing house with glorious history in Northeast China,Chunfeng Literature&Art Publishing House relies on the literature of the exiles of the northeast,excavates the essence of the spirit of Northeast China and the northeastern culture,and brings the Northeast China Exile Literature back into the view of the researchers and readers of modern Chinese literature.Northeast China Exile Literature has been established as an important component of China's revolutionary culture,enriching the cultural and publishing sectors in Northeast China.
