摘 要:中压配电网中,科学配置分段开关可以显著提高供电可靠性减小停电损失。综合考虑配电网供电可靠性和经济性,以停电损失最小为目标,提出了分段开关的最优配置技术。首先,分析拓扑结构与分段开关关联性,建立中压配电网拓扑结构优化分析模型;然后,基于全寿命周期成本理论,提出考虑供电可靠性的分段开关最优配置模型,通过分析开关上游、中游和下游网络的平均停电持续时间和停电损失费用,提出考虑可靠性和经济性的综合迭代求解策略;最后,基于二进制粒子群算法,提出分段开关配置数目和位置的迭代求解方法。仿真算例验证了方法的有效性以及优势所在,为电网规划人员在配电网优化设计中提供实用参考。In the medium voltage(MV)distribution network,the scientific configuration of sectional switches can significantly improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the loss of power outage.It was comprehensively considered the reliability and economy of power supply in the distribution network,and put forward the optimal configuration technology of section switch with the goal of minimizing the loss of power outage.Firstly,the correlation between topology and section switch was analyzed,and an optimal analysis model for the topology structure of MV distribution network was established;then,based on the life cycle cost theory,the optimal configuration model of section switch considering power supply reliability was proposed;by analyzing the average outage duration and outage loss cost of the upstream,midstream and downstream networks of the switch,a comprehensive iterative solution strategy considering reliability and economy was proposed;finally,based on binary particle swarm optimization algorithm,an iterative method for solving the number and position of segmented switch configuration was proposed.The simulation examples verify the effectiveness and advantages of the method,and provide practical reference for power grid planners in distribution network optimization design.
