摘　　要：目前,邵阳地区新型职业农民数量少、人员组成年龄大、科学文化知识难以满足现代农业发展需要,本地涉农院校培养的学生成为新型职业农民培育客体选择的高质量群体。因此,立足地区发展,基于新型职业农民现实素质提升需求,以植物与植物生理课程作为范例,针对该课程教学特点、学生学习特点,以职业素养培养为核心,不断更新教学目标、教学内容、实践教法、考核评价方式,拟构建植物与植物生理课程教学新模式。At present,the number of new professional farmers in Shaoyang area is small,the personnel composition is old,and the scientific and cultural knowledge is difficult to meet the needs of modern agricultural development.The students trained by local agriculture-related colleges and universities have become the high-quality group chosen by the object of new professional farmers cultivation.Therefore,based on regional development and based on new professional farmers reality quality promotion needs,selected Shaoyang Polytechnic freshman opening of the first semester of specialized courses for the student majoring in modern agricultural technology Plant and Plant Physiology as an example,according to the characteristics of the teaching characteristics,students learn professional training as the core,teaching objectives,teaching contents,practical teaching methods and assessment methods are constantly updated to construct a new teaching model of Plant and Plant Physiology.
