摘　　要：奥地利马克思主义作为第二国际后期的一个学派,在理解“马克思主义与伦理学”的关系方面提出了不同于修正派和正统派的“第三条道路”,对“马克思主义与社会主义的关系”、“科学问题与价值问题的关系”等问题做出了独特阐释,为后来的马克思主义研究提供了资源、经验和发展方向。As a school in the late period of the Second International,Austro-Marxists raised a"third road"on understanding the relation between Marxism and Ethics,which is different from that of the revisionists and the orthodox Marxists.They made their own interpretation on the relation between Marxism and Socialism and the relation between scientific issues and value-related issues,which has become rich resource and experience and a promising future for the following Marxists.
