PPCT视角下大学生体质健康状况的追踪调查分析——以宁德师范学院为例  被引量:1

摘  要:采用文献资料、问卷调查、SPSS22.0分析软件等研究方法,对随机抽取的1022名2019年入学学生的体质健康进行连续3a(2019—2021年)的追踪调查,结果表明:在身体素质方面,学生的引体向上、坐位体前屈和仰卧起坐的成绩呈现逐年递增的趋势;800m成绩呈现逐年递减;50m、1000m和立定跳远的成绩呈现先升后降的趋势,2020年成绩最好.在身体机能方面,学生3a间肺活量的成绩呈现逐年上升的趋势.总体上看,终身体育意识缺乏、学习成长环境复杂、运动时间紊乱等,都在一定程度上阻碍了大学生体质健康的发展.建议加强大学生体质健康测试和条件保障,重视体育社团建设,优化体育教学模式,改革体质健康评价体系,以促进学生体质健康良性发展.Using literature,questionnaires and SPSS22.0 analysis software,the physical fitness of 1022 ran⁃domly selected students enrolled in 2019 was followed up for three consecutive years(2019-2021).The results showed that,in terms of physical fitness,students’performance in pull-ups,seated forward bends and sit-ups showed an increasing trend year by year;their performance in 800 m were decreasing year by year;perfor⁃mance in 50 m,1000 m and standing long jump showed an increasing trend first and then a following decreas⁃ing trend,with the best results in 2020.In terms of physical fitness,scores in the vital capacity in the past three years showed an increasing trend year by year.Generally speaking,the lack of awareness of lifelong sports,the complex environment of study and growth,and the disorder of exercising time hinder the development of physi⁃cal fitness of universities students.Suggestions have been given to promote the healthy development of the stu⁃dents’physical fitness by strengthening the physical fitness test and conditions for colleges students,attaching more importance to the construction of sports clubs,optimizing the mode of physical education and reforming the evaluation system.
