摘 要:文章选取北方某一多环芳烃类污染场地作为研究对象,对其场地环境调查、场地环境风险评估到污染场地修复方案设计整个流程进行了介绍。经过对比分析,结合项目施工限制因素,选择“水泥窑协同处置+化学氧化”组合修复技术,重度污染土壤采用水泥窑协同处置,轻中度污染土壤采用化学氧化修复技术。化学氧化施工选择“异位化学氧化+原位浅层搅拌+原位高压旋喷”组合施工工艺。本项目采用碱激活过硫酸钠作为氧化药剂,小试结果显示,氧化药剂添加比例2%,养护21d后,能达到修复效果。本项目整体方案可为此类污染土壤的修复方案设计提供参考。A PAHs contaminated site in a city of North China was selected as the research object.This paper introduces from the environmental site investigation,health risk assessment for contaminated site to the contaminated site remediation plan design.After comparative analysis,the “co-processing in cement kilns+chemical oxidation ” remediation technology was selected by combining with the project construction constraints.The cement kiln co-processing remediation technology was selected for severely contaminated soil and the chemical oxidation remediation technology was selected for mild-to-moderate contaminated soil.The “ex-situ chemical oxidation+in-situ shallow stirring+in-situ high pressure rotary spray ” composite construction technology was adopted.The alkali activated sodium persulfate was selected as oxidant to repair the PAHs contaminated soil.The test results show that oxidation reagents added 2%,conserving after 21 d,can achieve site remediation target.The overall scheme design of this project can provide reference for the remediation scheme design of PAHs contaminated soil.
