摘 要:以顶空-气相色谱法和吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法为对象开展水中苯系物测定方法的比较。在测定水中低、中浓度苯系物时,气相色谱质谱法的回收率高于气相色谱法,在测定水中高浓度苯系物时,气相色谱法高于气相色谱质谱法;气相色谱法能完全分离间-二甲苯和对-二甲苯,可用于定性鉴别前述物质;气相色谱质谱法适用于分析苯系物浓度较低的水样,而气相色谱法则更适用于分析苯系物浓度较高的水样。The application research on the determination method of benzene series in water was carried out by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the recovery rate of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is higher than that of gas chromatography in the determination of low and medium concentrations of benzene series in water,and vice versa.The relative standard deviation of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was small when measuring benzene series compounds in low concentration(below 20 μg/L) water,and the degree of dispersion of the measurement results was small.Gas chromatography can completely separate m-xylene and p-xylene,and can be used for qualitative identification of the aforementioned substances.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is suitable for analyzing water samples with low concentration of benzene series,while gas chromatography is more suitable for analyzing water samples with high concentration of benzene series.
