摘　　要：miRNAs是一类内源性非编码单链RNA,含有21~25个核苷酸。它们通过靶向特定的miRNA来破坏mRNA、抑制蛋白质产生和导致翻译沉默,从而在基因表达的转录后发挥关键调节作用。作为miRNA的重要成员之一,miR-30在细胞增殖、分化、发育和代谢等各种生物学行为中发挥着重要作用,进而参与多种心脑血管疾病的发生。该文简述miR-30基因簇的功能作用及其与多种心脑血管疾病关系的研究进展,为研究和防治心脑血管疾病提供新的理念和策略。miRNA is a class of short endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNAs containing 21-25 nucleotides.They play a key regulatory role in the transcription of gene expression by targeting specific miRNAs to disrupt mRNA,inhibit protein production,and cause translation silencing.As one of the important members of miRNA,miR-30 plays an important role in various biological behaviors such as cell proliferation,differentiation,development and metabolism,and then participates in the development of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This article reviews the functional role of miR-30 gene cluster and research progress on its relationship with various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,so as to provide new concepts and strategies for the research and prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
