摘　　要：良性淋巴上皮囊肿恶变复杂并且罕见,目前研究尚不明晰。本文报道1例咽旁淋巴上皮囊肿的癌变,并结合文献探讨其临床病理特征以及鉴别诊断,以期为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。Malignant transformation arising in benign lymphoepithelial cysts is a complex and rare occurrence,and related research is limited.This study presents a case of the malignant degeneration of lymphoepithelial cyst in parapharyngeal space.Clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis are discussed with literature review to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment management.
