摘　　要：免疫疗法作为一种变革性的肿瘤治疗手段,使肿瘤免疫学重新焕发活力。肿瘤免疫治疗有多种途径,包括免疫检查点抑制剂、细胞治疗及肿瘤新抗原疫苗等。肿瘤新抗原疫苗是根据患者的基因突变信息设计开发的个性化治疗疫苗,能够特异性清除肿瘤细胞且具有较小的不良反应,在临床上有广阔的应用前景。本文围绕肿瘤新抗原疫苗的概念、开发流程及其临床应用等方面的研究进展进行阐述,并通过关注具有里程碑意义的研究总结新抗原疫苗的优势及当前和未来的挑战。Immunotherapy is an innovative treatment for tumors and it has reinvigorated the field of tumor immunology.There are various approaches to tumor immunotherapy,including immune checkpoint inhibitors,cell therapy and neoantigen vaccines.Neoantigen vaccine is a personalized treatment vaccine designed and developed according to the patient's genetic mutation information,it can specifically eliminate tumor cells with minimal side effects.It has broad application prospects in clinical practice.This paper focuses on the research progress of neoantigen vaccine concept,development process and clinical application,and summarizes the advantages,current and future challenges of neoantigen vaccines by focusing on landmark studies.
