西湖龙井茶产品标准发展历程及现状调查分析

摘　　要：西湖龙井茶发源于西湖周边群山之中,以“色绿、香郁、味甘、形美”四绝闻名于世,被称为“绿茶皇后”。文章介绍了西湖龙井茶产品标准发展历程及现行有效产品标准。对西湖龙井茶几种主要产品执行标准进行比较分析,发现标准主要在适用区域、感官品质、茶树品种、加工方式方面存在差别。同时,对西湖龙井茶生产企业执行标准应用情况进行调查,并提出了推进西湖龙井茶产品标准化的有关建议。Originating in the mountains around the West Lake,West Lake Longjing Tea,known for its“green color,rich fragrance,sweet taste and beautiful shape”,is honored as the“Queen of Green Tea”.This paper introduced the development history of product standards of West Lake Longjing Tea and the current effective standards.By comparing and analyzing main executive standards of West Lake Longjing Tea,it was found that the standards were mainly different in the applicable areas,sensory quality,tea varieties and processing methods;At the same time,this study investigated the implementation of product standards in West Lake Longjing Tea production enterprises and proposed some suggestions to promote the standardization of West Lake Longjing Tea products.
