摘  要:目的通过摆线针轮传动原理,分析大偏心量摆线针轮机构的传动误差,探究大偏心量摆线轮几何建模和传动性能的分析方法。方法通过切削加工模拟法得到摆线轮齿廓,采用多体动力学分析软件ADAMS建立RV减速器虚拟样机模型实现传动误差分析。结果得到了不同偏心量的RV减速器传动误差。偏心量越大,RV减速器的平均绝对值误差越小、振动越小、传动越平稳、背隙越小。因此,加大偏心量能够减小传动误差的波动,减小背隙,获得更为平稳的传动性能。结论本文提出的大偏心量摆线轮设计方法可为RV减速器创新设计提供方向。Purposes—To analyze the transmission error of cycloid pinwheel mechanism with large eccentricity based on transmission principle of cycloid pinwheel,and to explore the geometric modeling method and transmission performance analysis method of cycloid pinwheel with large eccentricity.Methods—The tooth profile of cycloidal gear is obtained by cutting simulation,and the virtual prototype model of RV reducer is established with the multibody dynamics simulation software ADAMS to calculate the transmission error.Results—The transmission errors of RV reducer with different eccentricity are obtained.The larger the eccentricity,the smaller the average absolute value error of RV reducer,which means much lower vibration,more stable operation and smaller backlash.Therefore,the increase in the eccentricity can reduce the fluctuation of transmission error,reduce the backlash,and obtain more stable transmission performance.Conclusions—The design method of cycloidal gear with large eccentricity that is proposed herein can be an innovation for RV reducer.
