摘  要:在新时代医工交叉型人才培养的要求下,生物医学工程专业中医学电子学课程的建设面临新的挑战,主要体现在:压缩的学时难以支撑构建完整的医学电子学课程体系;生物医学工程专业核心能力培养要求课程注重综合实践能力的培养等。现有生物医学工程专业中医学电子学课程的局限在一定程度上制约了我国医工交叉型一流人才的培养。从自上而下的课程设计、案例和项目牵引的医工交叉型思维方式训练、对国内外优秀教学资源的学习借鉴三个方面,介绍了北京航空航天大学“医学电子学”教学团队多年来在该课程建设中的探索与实践经验。具体包括:根据医学仪器设计思路,整合电子学课程知识体系,形成自上而下的课程设计方案;通过案例和项目式教学方法训练学生综合运用电子工程学知识解决医学信号检测和临床诊断问题的能力,培养“医工交叉型”思维方式;对国内外优秀教学资源进行吸收和重构,在巩固知识点、指导实践环节、拓展前沿知识等方面服务课程建设目标。At the request of cultivating top-class talents of medical-engineering interdisciplinary major in the new era,the course construction of medical electronics in biomedical engineering major is facing new challenges,such as,the compressed class hour could hardly support the construction of the whole curriculum system of medical electronics;the core competencies of biomedical engineering major require the course of medical electronics to emphasize the comprehensive and practical ability cultivation.Limitations of the current medical electronics curriculum in biomedical engineering major,has somehow restricted the cultivation of first-class talents in China.The present paper introduces the exploration and practice of the course team in the construction of medical electronics course in recent years from three aspects:top-to-down course design scheme,medical-engineering interdisciplinary thinking mode training based on case and project teaching,and referring of domestic and foreign advantageous teaching resources.Specifically,it includes:according to the design idea of medical devices,to integrate the knowledge system of several courses in electronics and to form a top-to-down course design scheme;to train the ability of solving problems in medical signal detection and clinical diagnosis with electronic knowledge,and to train the medical-engineering interdisciplinary thinking mode,based on case and project teaching methods;to absorb and reconstruct domestic and foreign high-quality teaching resources,serving the course construction target by strengthening important knowledge,guiding practical training,and expanding the knowledge frontiers.
