摘 要:通过对3 007名大学生进行问卷调查,分析其心理健康素养及影响因素。结果显示:后疫情时代大学生心理健康素养均分为(77.35±10.79),其中,男、女大学生的心理健康知识总分均低于国民男性、女性;不同年龄、性别、地域、学校角色和专业的大学生心理健康素养具有群体差异,参加过心理类课程的大学生的心理健康素养显著高于未参加过的大学生(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、地区、城市类型、学校角色和是否参加心理学类课程对大学生心理健康素养产生影响(P<0.05)。可见,大学生心理健康素养有待加强,不同类别的大学生心理健康素养水平不同,对男生、高年级学生、西部地区学生、一线城市常住人口、体育专业等学生、未担任学生干部职务等普通大学生开展针对性干预,积极开展心理学类课程等,可提高后疫情时代大学生的心理健康素养水平,促进心理健康发展。Based on the questionnaire survey of 3007 college students,their mental health literacy and influencing factors were analyzed.The survey results show that the average score of college students’mental health literacy in the post pandemic era is(77.35±10.79),among which the total score of male and female college students’mental health knowledge is lower than that of national men and women.There are group differences in mental health literacy among college students of different ages,genders,regions,school roles and majors.The mental health literacy of college students who have participated in psychological courses is significantly higher than that of those who have not participated(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that gender,age,region,city type,school role and whether to participate in psychology courses or not had an impact on college students’mental health literacy(P<0.05).It can be seen that college students’mental health literacy needs to be strengthened.Different types of college students have different levels of mental health literacy.Targeted interventions for male students,senior students,students from the western region,permanent residents in first tier cities,students majoring in sports,and college students who do not take leading positions in students communities,and psychology related learning experiences can improve the mental health literacy level of college students in the post pandemic era and promote the development of their mental health.
