学部制对交叉学科发展的作用研究——以北京工业大学材料与制造学部为例

摘　　要：为适应新时代发展变革需要,促进高校交叉学科融合发展是目前高校建设的大势所趋。高校的管理机制随着学科分类的不断细化而改变,学部制改革是目前高校改革的趋势之一,通过对北京工业大学学部制改革的研究发现,学部制实体化改革有益于学科的交叉融合发展,但是需要在学部框架内建立有利于学科交叉发展的虚体组织,以便在保持学科传统优势的基础上,方便学科的交叉发展。探讨了在学部中成立青年教师协会这一虚体平台在学科交叉发展中的促进作用。In order to meet the requirements of development and reform of new situation,it is a general trend for colleges and universities to increase the integration and development of Interdisciplianarity Research(IdR).The management mechanism is also changed with the continuous refinement of discipline classification.Faculty reform has been carried out in recent years,and it is find that the Faculty reform is benefit for comprehensive development of IdR through the practice in Beijing University of Technology.Faculty of Materials and Manufacturing explores the establishment of Young teachers’association,aims to push discipline to a higher level depend on union organization,and keep the traditional advantages at the same time.How the Young teachers’association plays a role on the development of IdR also has been explored.
