摘　　要：密室逃脱教学适用于护理专业教学,是一项护理人才培养的有效教学策略,该文介绍了密室逃脱教学的理论基础、适用范围、设计原则和方式,以及美国医院护士密室逃脱教学实施过程,并就国内护理教育中实施密室逃脱教学提出建议,以期为国内实施密室逃脱教学提供参考与借鉴。This paper introduces the theoretical basis,applicable scope and population,design principles,methods,as well as the implementation process of escape room teaching for nurses in American hospital.It is considered that escape room teaching is suitable for nursing teaching,and it is an effective teaching strategy for nursing personnel training.Besides,suggestions are put forward for the implementation of escape room teaching in nursing education in China,in order to provide reference for the implementation of escape room teaching natively.
