摘　　要：每逢社会重大变革,善恶、是非问题总是特别引人注目。道德法则究竟是为冲突筑高地,还是为善治求良方,是值得审问、慎思的理论问题,更是需要明辨、笃行的实践课题。如今,恰逢人类百年未有之大变局,社会变迁与技术变革引发了一系列秩序反思与道德重建的大讨论。本文首先从冲突视角回顾了道德心理学的最新进展,然后从道德与秩序反思、道德与个人成长、道德与文化建设、道德与共同体建设、道德心理思想史等方面,简要介绍了国内外学者在化解规范冲突、推动社会善治上的最新努力和研究发现。Whenever there are major changes in society,the issues of good and evil,right and wrong are always compelling.Whether moral codes are to build high grounds for conflict or to seek proper prescriptions for good governance is a big question,which is worthy of careful examinations in theory and of clear demonstrations in practice.Nowadays,at a time when mankind is undergoing a great change unprecedented in a century,social and technological changes have triggered a series of great discussions on order reflection and moral reconstruction.This paper first reviewed the latest advances in moral psychology from the perspective of conflict,and then briefly introduced the latest efforts and research findings of Chinese and oversea scholars on reducing norm conflict and promoting good social governance,such as morality and order reflection,morality and personal cultivation,morality and community building,and the history of moral psychological thoughts.
