防疫背景下高校在线教学模式及效果评价研究

摘　　要：在疫情防控常态化的背景下,在线教学模式已成为常规线下教学模式的重要补充。文章以“程序设计基础及应用”课程的4个学期数据为依托,研究了面向教师、学生的全教学过程数据融合型综合评价模型,该模型涵盖:教师、学生课前、课中、课后阶段评价模型与系统,教师、学生贡献评价模型,教师发展、学生成长评价模型。课题研究与实践探索表明:系统化且高效的在线教学模式是确保和提升在线教学质量的必需品;客观的、全面的、自动化的数据驱动型教学质量评测模型与系统是按PDCA循环和IEET认证要求做好在线教学质量持续改善的必要环节。In the context of the regular epidemic prevention and control,the online teaching mode has become an important supplement to the conventional offline teaching mode.Based on 4 semesters network class data of the course"Programming Foundation and Application",this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation model based on data fusion for the whole teaching process of teachers and students,which covers the evaluation model and system for teachers and students before,during and after class,the evaluation model for teachers'and students'contribution,and the evaluation model for teacher development and student growth.The project research and practice exploration show that the systematic and efficient online teaching mode is a necessity to ensure and improve the online teaching quality,and the objective,comprehensive and automated data-driven teaching quality evaluation model and system is necessary to continuously improve the online teaching quality according to the PDCA cycle and IEET certification requirements.
