基于读者信息服务视角下的高校图书馆管理方式探讨

摘　　要：该文立足于大数据以及信息化技术发展的需求,并结合高校图书馆管理工作目前面临的挑战,简略阐述了该课题的研究背景,介绍了读者信息服务视角下,高校图书馆管理工作开展的要点问题,在明确当前高校图书馆管理方式应用现状的基础上,从优化硬件环境、强化队伍建设、完善信息服务以及落实信息化管理这几方面着手,对读者信息服务视角下未来高校图书馆管理方式的优化路径进行了详细分析,旨在为相关研究人员提供参考,进而促进高校图书馆管理方式的进一步优化创新,提升其服务质量和水平,提高读者对于图书馆的满意程度,辅助高校实现整体的教学育人目标。Based on the development of big data and information technology,combined with the current challenges of university library management,this paper briefly expounds the research background of this topic,introduces the key problems of the development of university library management from the perspective of readers'information service,and on the basis of clarifying the current application status of university library management methods,analyzes in detail the optimization path of future university library management methods from the perspective of readers'information service,from the aspects optimizing hardware environment,strengthening team building,improving information services and implementing information management,aiming to provide reference for relevant researchers,so as to promote the further optimization and innovation of university library management methods,improve their service quality and level,improve readers'satisfaction with the library,and assist universities to achieve overall educational goals.
